Important information about participating attorneys, competitive offers and the point at which an attorney-client relationship begins.
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ / FFRRA, Inc. operates the preparation and marketplace technology. Legal advice and legal representation are provided only by an independently retained attorney.
Participating attorneys are not employees, agents or legal representatives of FFRRA, Inc. Each attorney remains responsible for the attorney's own licensing, professional judgment, conflicts, legal advice, services, fees and professional obligations.
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ may verify account, firm or bar information before marketplace access. Verification means the platform has completed its participation checks; it is not a promise, endorsement or recommendation that a particular attorney is right for a particular applicant.
Each participating attorney decides whether to submit an offer, what services to propose, what conditions apply and what legal fee to charge. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not set the attorney's legal fee.
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not select an attorney for the applicant. The applicant may compare the offers received and decide which attorney, if any, to retain. The lowest-priced offer is not automatically selected.
Pre-selection marketplace review uses a controlled, sanitized case presentation. Direct applicant identity and contact information remain behind the RESTORE²ᴺᴰ Identity Firewall until an authorized post-selection handoff.
Participating attorneys do not receive an applicant's direct contact information through the normal bidding process. Any permitted pre-selection questions are intended to remain inside controlled platform communications.
Creating an account, completing a dossier, receiving offers or reviewing an attorney profile does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only through the applicant's separate engagement with the selected attorney.
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ preparation or administrative service fees are separate from attorney legal fees. Attorney fees and engagement terms are determined by the attorney and the applicant under their separate agreement.
Marketplace access may require attorney account approval, applicable verification, an executed confidentiality agreement and an active RESTORE²ᴺᴰ attorney membership. Access may be suspended if participation requirements are not satisfied.
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not guarantee that any applicant will receive a particular number of attorney offers, any specific legal fee, acceptance by an attorney, legal eligibility, governmental action or any particular outcome.
Those questions belong to the attorney you are considering or have retained. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ can explain how the platform works, but it does not answer legal questions on an attorney's behalf.
