Attorney Offers — Explained Simply

You Build One Case. Attorneys Compete. You Choose.

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ gives participating attorneys enough non-identifying information to decide whether they want your case and what they would charge — without giving them your direct identity or contact information during bidding.

The 30-Second Version

Here Is the Whole Idea.

You do not have to call lawyer after lawyer, explain the same history over and over, and accept the first fee quote you receive.

1

You Build Your Case Once

You organize your history, records, references and supporting information into your RESTORE²ᴺᴰ Restoration Dossier™.

2

We Hide Who You Are

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ creates a controlled marketplace version of the case and removes information that could let an attorney identify or contact you directly.

3

Attorneys Submit Offers

Participating attorneys review the sanitized case, decide whether they are interested, and submit their own proposed scope, fee and other offer details.

4

You Compare and Choose

You see the offers. You decide which attorney looks right for you — or you can choose none of them.

5

Only Then Is Your Identity Released

After you select an attorney and authorize the handoff, RESTORE²ᴺᴰ can release the information needed for you and that attorney to connect directly.

A Simple Example

Imagine This Is Your Case.

You complete your Restoration Dossier™. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not put your raw private file in front of attorneys.

Instead, attorneys might receive a controlled summary that looks more like this:

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ Case R2-26-10482
ApplicantAnonymous during bidding
JurisdictionFlorida
General matterFederal firearm rights restoration review
HistoryRelevant non-identifying factual summary
Sentence statusCompletion information available
Supporting materialRecords, references and evidence summarized

Why Hide the Applicant?

If an attorney received your name, phone number, email, exact address or another easy identifier before bidding, that attorney might be able to contact you outside the RESTORE²ᴺᴰ process.

The Identity Firewall is designed to keep the marketplace fair: attorneys evaluate the same controlled opportunity, submit their offers through RESTORE²ᴺᴰ, and the applicant remains in control.

What Is an Attorney Offer?

It Is More Than Just a Price.

Each participating attorney decides independently whether to make an offer and what that offer includes.

Your Choice

You Are Not Forced to Pick the Cheapest Offer.

The lowest fee may not be the attorney you prefer. You can compare the attorney's proposed services, experience, approach, availability and fee.

You decide. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not select the lawyer for you and does not require you to accept any offer.

You Can Choose:

✓

The attorney you think is the best fit

✓

A higher-priced attorney if you prefer that offer

✓

The lowest-priced offer if it fits your needs

✓

None of the attorneys

After You Choose

That Is When the Wall Comes Down.

Once you select an attorney and authorize the handoff, the process changes from anonymous marketplace review to direct attorney-client engagement.

Important Money Question

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ Fees and Attorney Fees Are Separate.

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ

You pay RESTORE²ᴺᴰ for the preparation/platform services you choose, such as the Restoration Dossier™ and any optional Records Retrieval Assistance.

Your Attorney

The attorney independently sets the legal fee shown in the attorney's offer. That legal fee is separate from RESTORE²ᴺᴰ's preparation fees.

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not set the attorney's fee.

Common Questions

No Fine Print Needed to Understand the Basics.

Does an attorney know my name while bidding?

No. The marketplace presentation is designed to keep direct applicant identity and contact information behind the RESTORE²ᴺᴰ Identity Firewall during bidding.

Can an attorney contact me before I choose them?

Not through the normal bidding process. Pre-selection communications are kept within controlled RESTORE²ᴺᴰ channels so the attorney does not receive your direct contact information.

Do I have to choose an attorney?

No. Receiving offers does not force you to hire anyone.

Does RESTORE²ᴺᴰ choose the best attorney for me?

No. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ operates the preparation and marketplace platform. You decide which attorney, if any, you want to retain.

Does the attorney's bid include the RESTORE²ᴺᴰ dossier fee?

No. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ preparation fees and attorney legal fees are separate.

When does the attorney finally learn who I am?

After you select that attorney and authorize the identity/contact handoff needed to move forward with direct engagement.
