Because the service may assist users in organizing legal-history and restoration-related materials, information submitted by applicants may include sensitive personal and case-related information. Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for the service being requested.
3. Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, security logs, session information and website activity for operation, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and improvement of the service.

5. Attorneys and Authorized Review
Information is not made available to an attorney merely because that attorney uses the website. Case information may be made available to participating or selected attorneys only through authorized platform workflows and subject to applicable agreements, permissions and access controls.

We may use third-party service providers that assist with hosting, email, payments, security, analytics, document storage and electronic signatures. Those providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us. Electronic signature transactions may be processed through DocuSign or another electronic-signature provider.

When a user signs an agreement electronically, we may retain the agreement, signature status, envelope or transaction identifier, signing timestamps, audit information and completed electronic document as part of our business and compliance records.

We do not sell applicant case files or confidential legal-history information as a consumer marketing list.
