Terms of Use
Terms governing access to and use of the RESTORE²ᴺᴰ platform.
Effective: August 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RESTORE²ᴺᴰ, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Certain features, attorney participation, electronic agreements, paid services or other transactions may also be governed by additional terms or signed agreements.
2. Private Platform; Not a Law Firm
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ is operated by FFRRA, Inc. as a private preparation, organization and technology platform. FFRRA, Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Use of the platform does not itself create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Independent Attorneys
Participating attorneys are independent legal professionals and are not employees, agents or representatives of FFRRA, Inc. Any attorney-client relationship is created only between the user and the attorney under their separate agreement. Attorneys remain responsible for their own professional judgment, licensing, conflicts, fees, services and compliance obligations.
4. No Government Affiliation or Guarantee
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Justice, ATF, The Florida Bar or any government agency. No eligibility determination, approval, restoration, legal result or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s account, case or confidential materials.
- Do not upload malicious code or interfere with platform operation.
6. Attorney and Business Confidentiality
Attorneys, prospective attorneys, strategic contacts and other recipients may be required to accept or sign separate confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-use or platform agreements before receiving non-public RESTORE²ᴺᴰ business information, case materials or access to restricted platform features. Those separate agreements control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
RESTORE²ᴺᴰ branding, software, workflows, designs, forms, compilations, platform architecture, written materials and other proprietary materials are owned by FFRRA, Inc. or their applicable licensors. Except for ordinary use of the platform, no license is granted to reproduce, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative products from non-public proprietary materials.
8. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You consent to conducting transactions electronically where offered. Electronic signatures, electronic records and agreements executed through DocuSign or another recognized electronic-signature service may be used to evidence consent, acceptance and execution. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing documents before signing.
9. Third-Party Services
The platform may use or link to third-party services, including electronic signature, payment, email, hosting or other service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Platform Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, operational or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.
11. No Reliance on General Website Information
General website information is provided for educational and organizational purposes and is not a substitute for legal advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed the facts of a particular matter.
12. Separate Agreements Control
When a user, attorney or other party enters into a separate written or electronically signed agreement with FFRRA, Inc. or an independent attorney, that agreement governs the subjects it specifically addresses and controls over inconsistent provisions of these general Terms.
13. Termination and Restricted Access
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, confidential information, system security, legal compliance or the integrity of the platform.
14. Governing Law
Except where another signed agreement provides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date shown above identifies the version currently posted. Material contractual obligations contained in separately executed agreements are governed by those agreements.
16. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms may be submitted through the contact methods published on restore2nd.com.
