RESTORE²ᴺᴰ Attorney Marketplace

Let Attorneys Compete—Without Giving Away Your Identity.

Participating attorneys can evaluate a controlled, non-identifying case presentation and independently submit representation offers. You compare the offers and decide whom, if anyone, you want to hire.

One Case. Multiple Independent Offers.

Your Private Case File Is Not the Bid File.

The RESTORE²ᴺᴰ marketplace is built around a separation between the applicant's private record and the attorney-review opportunity.

When a case reaches marketplace readiness, participating attorneys receive a controlled presentation containing the non-identifying facts needed to evaluate the matter. Direct identity and contact information remain behind the platform until the applicant selects an attorney and authorizes the handoff.

Sample bid offers only. Actual fees, services and offer availability are determined independently by participating attorneys. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not set attorney fees.
The Identity Firewall

Anonymous Means More Than “John Doe.”

Simply replacing a name is not enough. A searchable court number, exact employer, unredacted document or identifying filename can reveal who a person is. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ controls the entire marketplace presentation.

Information Attorneys Can Use
  • General state or jurisdiction
  • Non-identifying conviction and case facts
  • Approximate dates or years since relevant events
  • Sentence-completion and supervision facts
  • Dossier completeness and available record categories
  • Non-identifying facts relevant to anticipated legal scope
Withheld During Bidding
  • Real name
  • Direct email address and phone number
  • Street address and exact date of birth
  • Searchable court case numbers when identifying
  • Identifying employers, businesses or social profiles
  • Unredacted documents, filenames and metadata that reveal identity
Marketplace Rules

A Controlled Bid Process.

The marketplace is structured to protect applicant choice while giving participating attorneys a fair opportunity to evaluate the same controlled case presentation.

01

Same Controlled Case Presentation

Participating attorneys evaluate the marketplace version of the case rather than receiving unrestricted access to the applicant's private record.

02

No Pre-Selection Direct Contact

Direct applicant contact information stays behind the platform while attorneys are deciding whether to submit an offer.

03

Independent Attorney Pricing

Each attorney independently chooses the proposed scope of services, fee and other offer terms. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not dictate the legal fee.

04

Applicant Controls the Winner

The applicant compares offers and chooses the attorney that fits best—or chooses none of them. Lowest price does not automatically win.

05

Controlled Identity Release

Identity and direct contact information are released only after the applicant selects an attorney and the authorized handoff occurs.

06

Access and Handoff Records

Marketplace access, offer activity and authorized identity-release events are recorded so the process has an auditable history.

Your Choice

An Attorney Offer Is an Option—Not an Obligation.

RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not require you to accept the lowest offer, the first offer or any offer. You may compare professional background, proposed scope, fee and other terms before deciding whom to retain.

After selection and authorized identity release, the chosen attorney handles the attorney's own engagement process and provides any legal advice or representation.
