RESTORE²ᴺᴰ separates case preparation from legal representation. You organize the file first, then decide whether and whom to retain as counsel.
Is RESTORE²ᴺᴰ a law firm?
No. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ / FFRRA, Inc. provides preparation, case-organization and marketplace technology. Legal advice and representation are provided only by independently retained attorneys.
What is the free screening?
The free screening is a short administrative intake that opens your case workspace, records basic factual information and identifies which information categories still need attention. It does not decide legal eligibility or predict an outcome.
What does the $495 Restoration Dossier™ include?
The $495 service is the main RESTORE²ᴺᴰ preparation workflow: guided factual history, document/reference/evidence organization, completeness tracking and preparation of controlled case information for the attorney-offer process when the case reaches that stage.
Do I have to buy the $295 Records Retrieval Assistance service?
No. It is an optional add-on. If you already have the records or can obtain them yourself, you can upload and organize them without purchasing the $295 service.
Is the $295 fee credited toward the $495 dossier?
No. They are separate services. The $495 fee is for the Restoration Dossier™ preparation workflow. The $295 fee is optional administrative help with missing-record request, tracking and organization. If you purchase both, RESTORE²ᴺᴰ service fees total $790, plus your state's applicable taxes and any applicable third-party record costs.
Are attorney legal fees included in the $495 or $295 RESTORE²ᴺᴰ fees?
No. Attorney legal fees are separate. Each participating attorney independently decides what services to offer and what fee to charge.
Do I need every document before I start?
No. Start with what you know. Missing documents are tracked as part of the dossier so you can add them later or decide whether you want optional records assistance.
Can I stop and come back later?
Yes. Your applicant account is designed so you can build the dossier in sections and return to continue your work.
What is a Restoration Dossier™?
It is the organized factual case record you build in RESTORE²ᴺᴰ, including history, records, references and supporting information used to prepare for independent attorney review.
What does the readiness percentage mean?
It measures file completeness only. It is not a legal eligibility score and does not predict approval, restoration or any government action.
Can attorneys see my name while bidding?
No direct applicant identity or contact information is included in the controlled bidding presentation. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ uses an Identity Firewall to separate private applicant data from the marketplace case summary.
Can an attorney contact me before I select them?
Not through the normal bidding process. Attorneys do not receive your direct contact information during pre-selection review. Any permitted questions are intended to remain inside controlled platform communications.
What does an attorney offer contain?
An offer can include the attorney's proposed legal fee, scope of services, timing or availability and other terms or notes the attorney chooses to provide. You compare the complete offer—not just the price.
Do I have to hire the cheapest attorney?
No. You decide which attorney, if any, you want to retain. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not automatically select the lowest bid or choose a lawyer for you.
When does the selected attorney receive my identity and contact information?
After you select that attorney and authorize the handoff needed for direct engagement. The pre-selection marketplace remains identity-protected.
Does using RESTORE²ᴺᴰ create an attorney-client relationship?
No. Creating an account, completing a dossier or receiving offers does not itself create an attorney-client relationship. Any legal engagement is separately established with the attorney you choose.
Does RESTORE²ᴺᴰ guarantee attorney offers or a legal result?
No. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ does not guarantee a particular number of offers, price, legal eligibility, governmental action or any particular legal outcome.
Is RESTORE²ᴺᴰ part of the government?
No. RESTORE²ᴺᴰ is a private service operated by FFRRA, Inc. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Justice, ATF, The Florida Bar or any government agency.
